Kudos to me for cleaning the fridge, I found an almost forgotten mini Portobello Mushrooms. Therefore, I turned it into Portbello Mushroom Strongauoff.
Ingredients: Fusilli, onion, garlic, mini portobello mushrooms, oregano, sour cream, balsamic vinegar, heavy whipping cream, parsley, parmesan, EVVO and S&P
Big curl Fusilli
Mini portobello mushrooms
Sautee the mushrooms with onion and garlic
Oregano
Sour cream
Balsamic vinegar
Just a little heavy whipping cream
Adjust your liking accordingly, more cream, more salt, more balsamic... etc.
Serve with fresh parsley and shaved parmesan
Extra sauce please!
