Here comes Trouble! Bring it yo! I do whatever I can to make things from scratch. "What a control freak", are you thinking out loud?
- Dry ingredients: Organic semolina flour. All pasta in the packages are made from this stuff, in case you are wondering
- Filling: Organic spinach, red onion, garlic and ricotta cheese (or tofu)
We made total 240 ravioli and put almost 200 in the freezer for school nights or whenever I'm craving for the alternative Chinese dumplings.
Note: I prefer a white sauce, but sweet tomato sauce with basil will do in a pinch.
It was so much fun to make and what a beautiful mess in the kitchen. :)
