Today I just wanted to use my new 10 inch cast iron pan to make something so I picked frittata.
This simple Italian frittata has enormous potential to take on whatever flavors you toss at it. You can pretty much add any veggies or meats you have. It can be served as appetizer, dinner or at brunch on the weekends.
- Ingredient 1: Spinach, red onion, sausage, tomato
- Ingredient 2: 6-8 eggs, half cup of milk, half cup of cheese (any kind of cheese, I use parmesan and cheddar)
What a brilliant leftover transformation. It's perfect in every way. Happy weekend, friends!
